At IAS Wizard, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality educational content and support for your UPSC PSIR preparation. Our courses are the result of immense effort, research, and the personal experience of our founder, Kamlesh Verma. We are confident in the value we provide. We encourage you to watch our free demo lectures on YouTube and review the course structure before making a purchase.
Our policy is designed to be transparent and fair to both the aspirant and our organization.
General Policy for Digital Products
Due to the digital nature of our products (video courses, test series, PDF notes), which can be immediately accessed and consumed, we have a strict no-refund policy once a course or product has been purchased and accessed.
However, we understand that exceptional circumstances can occur. The following sections outline the specific conditions under which a refund may be considered.
1. Refund Eligibility for Full Courses (Video Lectures + Notes)
A refund request may be considered only if it meets all of the following criteria:
The request is made within 48 hours of the original purchase.
The student has accessed less than 10% of the total course content (e.g., watched fewer than 10% of the videos and/or downloaded fewer than 10% of the notes).
The request is submitted in writing to our official support email.
2. Refund Policy for Test Series
No refund will be provided for the Test Series once the schedule has begun or the student has attempted any test, or viewed any test solutions/explanations.
A refund may be considered if the request is made before the official start date of the test series batch.
3. Non-Refundable Products & Services
The following products and services are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:
Individual PDF notes or other digital downloads.
Discounted or sale items.
Mentorship program fees after the first session has been conducted.
4. Erroneous/Double Payments
In the case of a technical error resulting in a double payment for the same course, one of the payments will be refunded in full. Please provide proof of both transactions (screenshots, bank statements) in your refund request.
How to Request a Refund
If your situation meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above, please follow these steps:
Send an email to help@iaswizard.com with the subject line: “Refund Request: [Your Order ID]”.
In the body of the email, please include:
Your full name.
The email address used for purchase.
Your Order ID and date of purchase.
A clear and detailed reason for the refund request.
Any relevant supporting documents (e.g., screenshot of a payment error).
Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original mode of payment.
Cancellation Policy
As our products are digital and grant immediate access, an order cannot be cancelled once it has been processed and access has been granted.
IAS Wizard reserves the final right to approve or reject any refund request. This policy is subject to change without prior notice.
